Choosing the right size

For the best fit, measure the flat decorating area of your cake rather than the full outside diameter. Choosing a topper slightly smaller than the cake surface will leave room for borders, piping or sprinkles.

Cupcake toppers are round:

3cm — a neat size for mini cupcakes
4cm — our most popular standard cupcake size
5cm — ideal for larger cupcakes or cookies

For larger cakes, choose from the round, square, rectangle or full-sheet sizes shown in the product options.

Production time

Most orders placed before 10am on a business day are prepared for same-day dispatch.

Please check your chosen size, material and personalised text carefully before completing checkout. Larger quantities or unusually busy periods may require additional production time.

Storing and applying your edible image

Keep your edible image flat and sealed in its original packaging at room temperature. Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze the unused image.

Premium icing paper has a backing sheet that must be carefully removed before application. Wafer paper does not have a backing sheet.

Apply the image to a smooth, slightly tacky icing surface. If the surface has dried, lightly brush the back of the image with a very small amount of water—enough to make it tacky, not wet.

Avoid applying edible images directly onto very wet cream-based icing, as excess moisture may affect the image.

No. Text shown in the product images is for demonstration only. We will add the wording you enter in the personalisation field. If you leave the field blank, the sample wording will not be printed.

Can I change the characters, colours or main design?

Are cupcake toppers available in different shapes?
Our cupcake toppers are round. Round, square and rectangle options are available for larger cake toppers.
What is the difference between icing and wafer paper?

Do I need decorating experience?
Not at all. These edible images are beginner-friendly and include easy application instructions.
What icing can I apply it to?
Edible images work well on smooth fondant, buttercream and ganache. Very wet cream-based icing is not recommended because excess moisture can soften or dissolve the image.
Can I refrigerate the edible image?
We recommend storing the unused image at room temperature rather than refrigerating it. Apply it to your cake as close to serving as practical if the finished cake needs refrigeration.
