Choose the right cupcake topper size
Choose from 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, 6 cm or 7 cm round toppers.
The best size depends on the cupcake, cookie or dessert surface you are decorating. Measure the flat area available and allow room for icing, piping or other decorations.
The minimum quantity applies to each size and design. If you need several different designs, add each one to your cart separately.
Bulk production time
Production begins once we have received usable artwork and any requested proof has been approved.
Bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the quantity, artwork and number of designs. If your event has a firm or unusually short deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is achievable.
Storing and using your cupcake toppers
Keep the toppers flat and sealed in their original packaging at room temperature. Store them somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze the unused toppers.
Handle with clean, dry hands and remove each topper from its backing shortly before applying it to a smooth, slightly tacky icing surface.
