Measure the flat decorating area rather than the complete width of the treat. If you would like visible piping around the topper, choose a size slightly smaller than the available surface.

Printed fresh for your celebration

Your edible cupcake toppers are printed and prepared to order using the size, material and personalisation selected.

Most approved orders placed before 10 am on a business day are prepared for same-day dispatch. Orders requiring design changes or an emailed proof will not enter production until all details are complete and any requested proof has been approved.

Storing and using your cupcake toppers

Keep your edible toppers flat and sealed in their original packaging at room temperature. Store them somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze unused toppers.

Handle with clean, dry hands and apply shortly before serving. Premium icing paper should be carefully removed from its backing before application. Wafer paper has no backing and may require cutting, depending on the selected product.

For dry fondant, cookies or chocolate, use a very small amount of water or edible glue to secure the topper. Avoid excessive moisture, as this may affect the printed image.

What is the difference between icing paper and wafer paper?
Premium icing paper produces a smoother, more vibrant finish and is supplied on a removable backing sheet. Wafer paper is thinner, more economical and has no backing sheet.
