Choose the product and size that best suits your cake and design. Because every shape has different proportions, the finished width and height will vary depending on the artwork.

Very detailed or delicate designs may require a simplified cut line or a small border to keep the image strong and easy to handle. Please check the size and quantity shown in the product options before ordering.

Production time

Most approved orders placed before 10am on a business day are prepared for same-day dispatch.

Complex artwork, draft changes, multiple designs or larger quantities may require additional production time. Production begins once we have received usable artwork and any requested draft has been approved.

Storing and using your icing images

Keep your icing images flat and sealed in their original packaging at room temperature. Store them somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Handle with clean, dry hands. Carefully remove each image from its backing shortly before applying it to your cake or dessert.

Pre-cut image questions

What does pre-cut mean?
We print your design and cut around the outside so it arrives ready to use. You will not need to cut it out with scissors.
Will it be cut around every tiny detail?
We create a clean, practical cut line around your artwork. Very fine details or complex edges may require a simplified outline so the image remains strong and easy to handle.
What type of artwork works best?
Clear, high-resolution artwork with a defined subject or outline will produce the best result. Logos, characters, photos and themed graphics can all be used.
Can the background be removed?
If you would like a background removed, please mention this in your design instructions. Some artwork may require a small white or coloured outline to create a practical cut line.
Is this icing paper or wafer paper?
Our custom pre-cut shapes are printed on premium edible icing paper.
Can I request a design?
Yes. Choose the design option and describe what you would like our team to create.
Can I see a draft before it is printed?
Yes. Select draft approval when ordering. Your order will be printed after you approve the design.
How do I apply the image?
