    Remember, these are estimated times, and actual delivery times may vary. After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

    For urgent orders, we recommend selecting the Express Post option and ordering well in advance of your event. If you have any questions or concerns about processing or delivery times, feel free to contact us – we’re always here to assist! 

  • How are the cake toppers packaged for shipment to ensure they arrive undamaged?

    Ensuring that your edible cake topper reaches you in perfect condition is a top priority for us. Here's how we package our toppers to protect them during transit:

    1. Secure Packaging: Each cake topper is carefully enclosed in a sealed plastic bag. This protects it from moisture and keeps it fresh.
    2. Rigid Mailers: The sealed topper is then placed in a rigid, flat mailer to ensure it remains flat and doesn't bend or fold during shipment.
    3. Additional Protection: Depending on the size and shape of the topper, we may also use additional padding or supports to provide extra protection.

    We've been posting our edible images all around Australia for the past 13 years, We have found that this method of packaging greatly reduces the risk of damage during transit. However, if you receive your edible cake topper and it is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation. 

  • Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping costs?

    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Due to the unpredictability in delivery times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the difficult decision to limit our shipping to domestic orders only. Australia Post has yet to restore our confidence regarding their ability to deliver orders in a timely manner to international locations.

    We understand the inconvenience this may cause to some of our customers outside Australia, and we appreciate your understanding. We are monitoring the situation closely and hope to be able to resume international shipping once delivery times are more predictable.

    For now, we remain committed to providing the best service possible to our customers within Australia. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

  • How long will it take to process and ship my order?

    Processing Time: All of our edible cake toppers are printed fresh for each customer to ensure the best quality. Whether you order a pre-designed topper or a custom one, we strive to process orders quickly. If you place your order before 10 am from Monday to Friday, it will be processed the same day and dispatched. However, if you request a draft for approval, this can add to the processing time as we wait for your approval before we can print and dispatch the topper.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We strive to make payment as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. Here are the two ways you can pay for your order with us.

    1. Credit and Debit Cards: We accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
    2. PayPal: PayPal is another secure method for payment. It allows you to pay directly from your PayPal account or use it as a processor for your credit or debit card. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this option.

    Please note that all payments are securely processed, and your card details are not stored in our system.

  • What is your return policy on edible cake toppers?

    We take pride in the quality of our edible cake toppers and aim to provide a positive experience for all our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we have certain considerations for our return policy.

    Since edible cake toppers are classified as food items, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been dispatched, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. If you believe there is a defect or damage with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, providing details and supporting evidence (such as photos), so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you.

    It's important to review your order carefully before finalizing it to ensure all details, including size, shape, and design, are accurate. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made toppers based on customer-provided designs or images unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

  • What if my edible cake topper arrives damaged or I’m not satisfied with the quality?

    We strive to ensure that your edible cake topper arrives in excellent condition and meets your expectations. In the rare event that your topper arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us immediately with the details and supporting evidence (such as photos) so that we can address the issue promptly.

    Depending on the specific circumstances, we may offer the following resolutions:

    1. **Replacement:** If your topper arrives damaged or defective, we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We may request that you provide proof of the damage or return the damaged item, if necessary.

    2. **Refund or Store Credit:** In certain cases, we may offer a refund or store credit as a resolution. This would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and evidence provided.
