I couldn’t be more impressed with Edible Cake Toppers Australia! I had forgotten to place an order in advance & consequently did so over a 4 day long weekend & elected express shipping, keeping everything crossed that it would arrive for the fast approaching event. The order was printed on the evening of a public holiday & promptly posted the next day. It arrived just in time & I was blown away by the quality of the icing sheet. The image was crisp, vibrant, well packaged & tasted great. I’m so thankful for how fast my order was processed & the quality of the work. Guests thought it was the bees knees & it was a great addition to personalising a Costco slab cake!
This has been an amazing experience. My grandson wants a birthday cake with his favourite surf hero for his 16th birthday. I think this was a challenge rather than a possibility. 10/10 customer service! I needed last minute express shipping since I hadn't noted the company's holiday closure dates for my order and the customer service team were so accomodating and ensured my order would arrive in time. They were very kind and so helpful even though it was totally my fault! I really appreciated their quick action and accomodation — It meant the topper arrived in time for my mum's birthday. Bad customer service, they were quite rude when I was asking questions via email and took a long time to respond. Ordered 12 days before I needed it and it still came late. Would not use this company or recommend to anyone.

Cake topper arrived and looked great, was exactly as the photo I supplied however, topper was damaged in transit by postman. Emailed and got a refund straight away without asking for one. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend and use again.
