Delivery Information

We use Australia Post for all our online orders. You can track your item (excluding international items) via the auspost website using your tracking number)

Whilst we are not in direct control of delivery time in transit, we offer a rough estimate (which is not to be taken as guaranteed – we physically cannot offer a guarantee on this being in the hands of another company)

We try our very best to stay informed with the latest advise from Auspost.

Express Delivery is not overnight. It’s commonly 1-3 business days. This excludes weekends and again is not guarenteed.

Regular Delivery, is usually around 5-8 business days. Commonly takes more than a week. We have been noticing that some items to some locations has taken a little longer than this.

International Deliverys are not trackable. They come with a lodgement number, however tracking is not available from auspost on these products without substantial costs. Expected delivery is 10 business days (approx. 2 weeks)
